About nobitsy
nobitsy is the back office for small and mid-sized businesses that sell to other businesses: agencies, studios, consultancies, workshops. It gathers everything the business already hears, from mail, bank, LinkedIn, the ERP and WhatsApp, into one record per client, and puts an assistant on top of it.
Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, nobitsy was built because running such a business still means an inbox, a spreadsheet, a bank app and a WhatsApp group, and the person who holds it all together. We think the holding together should be done by software that asks before it acts.
The assistant finds the next customer, drafts the first message, sends the invoice, follows up on it, matches the bank line and posts the payment. Every step waits for a click until you make it a rule. It thinks, plans and asks. Then it does.
nobitsy is API-first. Everything on the page is an endpoint: your own software can run on it, your team runs it from the console, and your clients see their quotes, invoices and files in their Client Space. The name comes from Confucius's three roads to wisdom: noble, bitter, easy.
